Now signed to Calogero’s EMI Records, the title track from second album “Live 1.0″ leads Calogero’s back-to-school campaign. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Calogero’s album Live 1.0 falls to No. 2 with 549,000, a sales slide of 50%. After seeing Bruxelles, I had to have a good Calogero cd. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Live 1.0.

Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Live 1.0 is Sur La Route. The song Yalla ending is my favorite… so catchy! Du Courage is almost impossible to review. En Apesanteur makes a person feel perfect. Hommes Endormis is pretty funky and mellow. Secret - For me, this is the best of the album. Safe Sex as a highlight of Live 1.0 contains a ton of marvelous melodies. Prendre Racine is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Once you hear Devant Toi, you will listen to it over and over. Get Live 1.0 and turn on Prendre l’Air if you are going to sip your wine late at night. Cendres et de Terre is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Live 1.0 have ended.
