I am not a real Folk music type of person, but i have to admit ‘In Pieces’ really is amazing. On the Croatia charts, superstar Garth Brooks’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. This eleven-song debut EP shows the promise that Garth Brooks has. This is my first Garth Brooks Album and i must say i am blown away.
A unique and uplifting song.
The Night I Called The Old Man Out is the funkiest number on the album. After about the third American Honky-Tonk Bar Association listen through, I began to believe this song is Garth Brooks’s essence. The song One Night A Day ending is my favorite… so catchy! Music of Kickin’ and Screamin’ is gentle, never overbearing. Anonymous is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Ain’t Going Down (Til The Sun Comes Up) - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Best song on the album, love it. Callin’ Baton Rouge pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. The Cowboy Song is one of the best records ever.
