Gov’t Mule had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Gov’t Mule was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Gov’t Mule and Live with a Little Help from Our Friends CD2 together. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Gov’t Mule. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Look on Yonder Wall
Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right.
One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Look on Yonder Wall. 32-20 Blues is probably one of Gov’t Mule’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Voice of Gov’t Mule in I Shall Return is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. The song feels complete.
