Mission Impossible 2 isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. This disc has all of the essential Hans Zimmer classics. There is so much to love about Hans Zimmer, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. I wish that “Mission Impossible 2″ album was instrumental.
Bare Island is a cool, simple song by Hans Zimmer at the top of his game.
You have to get essence of the Nyah And Ethan’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. After few listenings I started to like Mano a Mano more and more. This is probably my favorite song on the album. The Bait is the funkiest number on the album. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Bio-Techno from the beginning to the end. Simple and heartfelt closing track Injection closes Mission Impossible 2 on a high note. Ambrose make listening to Hans Zimmer like being in some sort of time warp. Mission Impossible Theme - A classic Hans Zimmer track. The Heist without a doubt is the standout song of Mission Impossible 2. I believe Nyah (Film Version) (Hans Zimmer featuring Heitar Pereira) is one of the most perfect, heartfelt songs ever written. Iko-Iko (Zap Mama) is a fine track on any terms. The sound in Seville is really warm and Hans Zimmer’s signature voice is still very much present. Hijack - arguably the best track on Mission Impossible 2 album.
