This is one of the best Cd’s In Extremo has dropped to date. This is the first studio album from In Extremo since bad diagnosis in 2001. Sunder Ohne Zuget is the best essence of In Extremo.

Krummavisur is the albums biggest surprise. Lebensbeichte is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Merseburger Zauberspruche II is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Stetit Puella - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. In Vollmond In Extremo is at his best. Die Gier - My least favorite song on this album. Omnia Sol Temperat is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Le’or Chiyuchech is a bit of a show-tune. Der Rattenfanger marked the continuation of In Extremo in style evolution. This song stands out greatly from the others. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor.
