Self-described as New Age with lots of words, Jesse Cook comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. It has been five years Jesse Cook’ last studio CD, “The Ultimate Jesse Cook CD II” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. On The Ultimate Jesse Cook CD II album, Jesse Cook have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Jesse Cook is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Into the dark - To me, this is the best song on the The Ultimate Jesse Cook CD II.
Tempest one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on The Ultimate Jesse Cook CD II is Rattle and Burn. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. After about the third Gravity listen through, I began to believe this song is Jesse Cook’s essence. Song Fall at your feet is actually a funny song. After you’ve listened to Dance of spring, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. All of songs on The Ultimate Jesse Cook CD II and have something to say letting alone On walks the night. Gipsy is gorgeous and different song. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. In Cascada full palet of sound is used by Jesse Cook to accentuate the presentation. There is marvelous mix of music in Toca Orilla.
