Jim Jones has compared writing for John 5’s new album to that on ‘The Devil Knows My Name’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Now signed to John 5’s Savoy Records, the title track from second album “The Devil Knows My Name” leads John 5’s back-to-school campaign. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of John 5 on ‘27 Needles’. John 5 “The Devil Knows My Name” is an amazing album.
Album opener Welcome To The Jungle is a bright, upbeat ditty.
Once Bella Kiss gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. All of songs on The Devil Knows My Name and have something to say letting alone Black Widow Of La Porte. Dead Art In Plainfield is the first taste of the new album. First Victim hits the heart. Harold Rollings Hymn is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Werewolf Of Westeria is a great opener for The Devil Knows My Name. Don’t judge Young Thing on the first listening.
