There is no doubt that Xavier Naidoo has talent. ‘Telegramm Fuer X’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. It has been eight years Xavier Naidoo’ last studio CD, “Telegramm Fuer X” which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Telegramm Fuer X is not something you should pass up.
Opening track Du Bist Ein Segen shows the best of Xavier Naidoo.
Once you hear Bitte Frag’ Mich Nicht, you will listen to it over and over. Lyrics of Dieser Weg are precise and evocative. Zeilen Aus Gold on Telegramm Fuer X is solid and easy to listen to. Oh My Lady is one of my favorite songs by Xavier Naidoo. Seelenheil has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Wo Komme Ich Her is possibly the best song Xavier Naidoo has come up. The song Bist Du Am Leben Interessiert ending is my favorite… so catchy! Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Sie Sind Nicht Dafur is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Telegramm Fuer X have ended. In Deine Hande hits the heart. Some of the arrangements found on Telegramm Fuer X are surprisingly edgy.
