Since completing 2001’s ‘Baila Sexy Thing’, Zucchero fulfilled their contract with SixSteps records and where under no obligation to release another album. Zucchero had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This is one of the best Cd’s Zucchero has dropped to date. To me Zucchero is the best band ever.
I’m In Trouble is another favourite of mine.
Music In Me is one of my favorite songs by Zucchero. Porca L’oca motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. I like to sing along with Sparkling Meadows, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Overall a nice softer song. Rossa Mela Della Sera presents the exquisite mix of instruments on Shake. Shake is another favourite of mine. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Shake.
